Tandem with frame size small, both captain and stoker. Strong enough for touring. My niece had just bought a touring bike when she went (only temporarily) blind as the result of a tumour. We need something with strong rims, drum or disc brakes, rack mounts and low gears to keep Emily sane until she can ride independantly again.
