Credit card

Your credit card billing address is instantly verified.

Email

As soon as your credit card payment and verification is complete we send an email to re-confirm your email address on file is correct. This email typically arrives within a few minutes.

SMS

Although the sms can technically take up to 24 hours to be sent, it typically received within 5 to 10 minutes.

Postcard

Even though postcards are instantly printed and placed in the queue, it won't be inserted into the post until the next business day. So it can be several days before your postcard is on the way. Postcards are sent from the US so depending on what part of the world you live, this could take just a few days up to a several weeks. 

Partial Verification

We appreciate that it takes time to complete the full verification process - so to help with your immediate credibility we award a partial address verified status. This is indicated by the partial address verification shield and the message that Address Verification is in progress.
